Mrs. Niki Gouzouassi has been acting for a number of years as legal advisor of major Greek Banks and financial institutions.

Specialized in Banking and Corporate Law, she has been offering her legal advice and expertise to international financial institutions, financing companies of Greek interests and foreign companies investing in Greece.

Her practice in Banking and Finance includes drafting and structuring of all kinds of agreements, loans and security packages. Structural transactions, company formation and re-organization also form an important part of her practice.

Mrs. Niki Gouzouassi also handles cases involving shipping law, such as charterparty and MOA disputes, cargo claims and marine insurance.

A graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Athens and a post graduate (LL.M.) of the Law Faculty of the Cornell University, she joined the office in 1991 and became a partner in 1998.
